Use Case and High-Level Description¶
The fbcnn
model is a flexible blind convolutional neural network to remove JPEG artifacts. Model based on “Towards Flexible Blind JPEG Artifacts Removal” paper. It was implemented in PyTorch* framework. Model works with color jpeg images.
